Nexus Holdings

How your money is protected

Straight answers to what a careful investor asks first. Where something isn’t in place yet, it says so.

🔗 A ledger that proves itself
Every deposit, withdrawal and profit share is written into a ledger where each entry carries a fingerprint (hash) of the one before it. If a past entry were changed, the chain would break — and your portal and the public site both check it. Your statement carries a receipt code tied to that history.
🏦 Where the money is held
Capital sits in accounts in the fund’s name at established platforms — Coinbase and Robinhood for longer-term holdings, and Toobit for futures positions. You own units in the pooled fund, not the individual positions. The live Holdings tab shows what is held and where.
📏 Risk limits
The fund runs a drawdown limit and a high-water mark: in a losing stretch no profit share is taken, and you’re never paid out of your own capital. Leverage limits are set per sleeve. The Holdings tab shows the worst drop from a high, up months, and how much the fund swings.
💵 Fees, in dollars
Your partner terms set the profit split. Your portal shows the fees you’ve actually paid, in dollars — ask NEXH for the full fee schedule.
🔐 Your account’s security
Your records are encrypted with your own passphrase — nobody else who opens the app can read them. You can add a Face ID lock on your phone. Deposits only count once the fund sees the money actually arrive; nothing on a screen can move capital.
👤 Who runs it
One manager, D’Angelou “NEXH” Bennett, runs the fund and signs every ledger entry, with about six years of trading experience. One manager means close attention — and a key-person risk you should weigh.
📝 Still being put in place
We’d rather tell you than have you find out: an outside accountant/audit, a named backup to step in if the manager can’t, and formal legal documents reviewed by a lawyer are being worked on. This page will be updated as each one is done — ask NEXH for the current status at any time.
Request to join

Nexus Holdings is a private fund for a fixed circle of partners. Capital is at risk and can lose value; past results do not guarantee future ones. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell securities.
